1. Everyone is very busy, so it is difficult for the supervisor to find time to train you. Although the interview mentioned that there would be comprehensive onboarding training, it feels like they are just going through the motions and then throwing you into the deep end.
2. There are many trivial, miscellaneous tasks, and overtime is routine.
3. There are usually still many messages to respond to after work.
