Lion Travel looks glamorous on the outside, but in reality, the salary and benefits are poor. The front-desk supervisors and colleagues bully newcomers, and the colleagues are unfriendly. Newcomers are treated like they don't exist when they first arrive. The turnover rate is extremely high. For fresh graduates, the probationary salary is 25K, and after passing probation, it may increase by only around 2,000–3,000. It's truly a laughable publicly listed company. Resigning was the best decision I've ever made!
Please don't waste your time joining this company! The salary and benefits are a complete joke.
