The veteran employee responsible for training others has a problematic attitude. She treats new hires with the attitude of “I have no obligation to teach you,” deliberately makes things difficult for them, does not share information, dislikes being asked questions, and tries to make new hires make mistakes. After they make mistakes or do something poorly, she blames them and then complains to the supervisor.
The supervisor and two female veteran employees form a clique and bully new hires in the workplace. They also like to gossip during meetings.
PS: This department consists entirely of women. The supervisor’s name starts with M, and the veteran employee’s name starts with I. Be extremely careful of this veteran employee—she has an inflated ego, is very scheming, and inexplicably dislikes other people. Could being younger and prettier than her be one of the reasons she dislikes someone? 😆
