Willing to offer a low salary to hire disposable chopsticks.
A while ago, a headhunter called and said there was a high-quality startup with great prospects and similar bullshit. Then they said the salary could be as high as 50K. My inner monologue was: I just left this place—am I supposed to be stupid enough to go back in? ==
Although my current job only pays 43K, which is less than this 50K, I interviewed to join Fubikoo at 28K, and now they want to spend 50K to hire me back???
If they could offer me 50K from the start, was the 28K meant to insult me???
The salary listed on 104 now isn’t even 50K, yet the headhunter can offer 50K???
The more I type, the angrier I get. I still can’t figure out why I ever went to work there in the first place.
