The advantage is that it’s a small company. The employees are mostly middle-aged or older, and there isn’t much infighting.

In practice, the boss’s wife is the one in charge. She makes a lot of demands of you at work, asks you to do things unrelated to your job, and likes to take advantage of employees... Her emotional management is very poor; it feels like she’s an unexploded bomb every day. There’s always some reason to get yelled at, but the reasons are all completely ridiculous. Anyone who has experienced it will know what I mean.
