The biggest issue: I applied to interview for a reservations clerk position, but when I arrived, I was told that there were actually no openings for reservations clerks and that they currently needed a front desk receptionist instead. They then asked whether I would like to interview for that position. I declined immediately.
-They may not see it that way, but an interviewee’s time is also extremely valuable. If they had originally wanted someone for a front desk receptionist position, that is the position they should have advertised.
-I suggest that anyone interested in working for this company ask, when receiving the interview call, whether the position is genuinely available.
