Pros
The starting salary is relatively high (the boss has money)
No need to work overtime (as soon as six o’clock hits, everyone leaves)
The company’s exterior is luxurious (the restroom is upscale)
Cons
The boss has poor emotional control……and is highly suspicious
Family business; information is extremely opaque
They prefer hiring female staff; it is nearly impossible for men to get hired
