There are many cliques.

If you are going to interview for a customer service position, it is best not to be in the area of the senior manager (the highest-ranking manager there is very nice).

Some managers even curse the senior manager in group chats, wishing that they would develop high blood pressure and leave, or saying things like “go burn incense” and so on.

In the main area, if you cannot learn and make mistakes, a manager has yelled at new employees: “Are you asking to be cursed at?”

During the first six months, you would go to a meeting at noon to attend classes on drawing techniques. If your presentation was not good, they would play your recording for all the new employees to hear and then critique it point by point.

The manager in the smaller area is very nice, but you also need to be lucky enough to be assigned to that area.

There is no overtime pay.
