Relaxed atmosphere
There was a bit too much information to fill out,
such as detailed personal information, family members, interests, strengths and weaknesses, as well as an autobiography, a short quiz, and so on... Removing the autobiography alone would save at least 30 minutes.
A lot of it is already on 104.
After reading some comments, I felt that the interview experience seemed quite poor. Perhaps because I applied for an engineering position, I didn’t feel that it was particularly bad.
Those applying for customer service positions can look at it from another perspective: the interviewer’s unpleasant expression and poor attitude may have been part of the interview test, assessing the applicant’s immediate reactions and how they come across when dealing with difficult customers. (Customer service staff encounter a lot of difficult customers, so it’s tough.)
