Taking leave is easy.
It is, in a sense, a company that is all show and no substance.
1. There are no Lunar New Year or work-start bonuses for the three major holidays.
2. The year-end bonus is calculated proportionally.
(The proportion is so low you can't imagine it ^_^)
3. Colleagues or supervisors often use emotional blackmail.
4. One person, multiple roles.
(It's taken for granted that you'll be asked to do many things, and you're also expected to be better and know how to do even more.)
5. No matter which department you're in, you need to be good at math.
6. Toilet paper cannot be placed on the desk.
7. There are many absurd things—go experience them for yourself d(^_^o)
