It has been some time since I interviewed and joined this company (more than a year)—not especially long, but not particularly short either. Overall, my impression of the current company’s managers and senior leadership is quite positive (they are willing to communicate and provide guidance). In particular, as the company is now entering another period of intense growth, colleagues also help one another, and the feeling of striving together toward our goals is very positive. A reasonable amount of pressure has helped me grow, and I have also learned some professional skills I was not familiar with before. Salaries are paid regularly, and there is not much overtime. As long as you are willing to work hard and stay focused on your job, your efforts will be noticed by your managers and senior leadership.
