You can experience a lengthy interview process

At first, I applied for a position in a different department. I had a first-round interview with the manager, and afterward, they said that if I met the qualifications, they would forward my information to HR for a second interview. After waiting a week without hearing anything, I assumed there would be no result. Then my information was transferred to another department, whose manager invited me to an interview. I thought I could give it a try, so I went to another interview. Afterward, the manager directly arranged a start date with me, but said HR would still contact me. As a result, it was not until two weeks later that I received a call from HR scheduling the second interview. At the end of the second interview, they said they would notify me regardless of the outcome. Nearly a month passed without any news. The internal process should be thoroughly reviewed. Overall, the interview process was extremely time-consuming and showed absolutely no sense of how a large company should operate.
