Pros

After all, it’s a sales job, so you can train your speaking skills and logical thinking (but if your logic isn’t very good, you’d better not come).

When you have questions, you can ask them, and supervisors are always happy to answer—except for certain matters.

Because the campus is large, you can practice your driving skills.

Cons

Cliques are quite serious. Even with only a handful of people in the office and among your coworkers, they can form cliques. Some coworkers are difficult to talk to and overly confident, while some expect you to fit in and develop rapport quickly (so if you have social anxiety, you’d better not come).

You have to keep looking for customers. The way of finding users is the kind that makes users wonder why you’re ALWAYS appearing in front of them—it’s annoying (very senior veterans think this is a good way to build relationships with users).

Your Chinese needs to be good; otherwise, you’ll be watched closely over certain matters.

It’s best not to ask "detailed" professional questions; otherwise, your coworkers may report you to upper management, and you’ll be called in for a talk and treated to coffee.
