The boss’s wife is extremely “emotional.” The previous employees who resigned also left because of her personality issues.
The previous accountant was also driven away by her.
Her moods are unpredictable.
She doesn’t care about right or wrong; as long as she finds someone to vent her anger on, that’s enough. She thinks she pays very well.
The work processes are problematic to begin with.
