For ordinary full-time positions (excluding overseas assignments or so-called dispatched assignments), companies generally provide desktop or laptop computers after you report for work, depending on the role, and may also provide a large monitor or other equipment as needed. At Ruiting, regarding computers, the interviewer will ask you to bring your own laptop (because the company is unwilling to spend money buying laptops for new employees). As for monitors, if you need one, you will be asked to spend your own money buying a second-hand one from a computer vendor they work with.

3. You are expected to provide your own office stationery and similar supplies (companies with better systems provide these).

4. The company has no so-called asset management system (and therefore no asset tags). It is best to keep your personal and work property clearly separate. For many things, they save wherever possible (that is, they simply will not buy them).
