No advantages at all

Working hours are from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

There is a one-hour break in the middle, but if you return late, that break time gets eaten into. You hardly have any time to rest, and are busy from morning until night. Meanwhile, the supervisors are all scrolling on their phones and chatting, making it look like they are busy. As a result, all the work gets put off until after the end of the workday. The ones who suffer are the employees, who work overtime to death. If you do not work overtime, you are treated as not being a team player. During the interview, they all say that overtime is only occasional, but in reality, there is overtime every day, and Saturday overtime is also mandatory. The supervisors like to form cliques, making the work atmosphere very poor. Internally, they really like to compare everyone and give scores. If your performance does not meet the supervisor’s expectations, or if you do not work overtime, they will threaten to deduct it from your bonus. They really like to make an issue out of bonuses. If you want to do delivery work, go somewhere else. This job will only leave you covered in aches and injuries.
