I've been with the company for a little over six months, and I'd like to share some purely personal thoughts.

1. The senior management and supervisors are quite easy to communicate with. They are also willing to teach me professional skills and are happy to share their practical experience from the past.

2. Everyone inevitably makes mistakes at work, and recognizing and correcting them is a great virtue. However, I have never experienced or witnessed anything like what was described in the comments below—being humiliated by senior management. After all, we are all employees hired and paid by the company, and it is only reasonable to work hard to bring our work and projects up to the company's standards.

3. The atmosphere at work is quite cheerful and relaxed, and you can discuss things with nearby colleagues at any time. There is no unhealthy clique culture or unwritten company rule prohibiting gatherings or forming associations.

4. We don't work much overtime on weekdays, and I have never worked overtime on weekends. Everyone arrives and leaves on time and gets the required work done during working hours.

5. Regarding being pressured into agreement through numerical advantage, I'm sorry, but I haven't experienced that either. What I have observed is that employees in each department are very focused on their own areas of professional expertise. Whether the work turns out well or poorly is not decided unilaterally by one person; it is worked out through communication, coordination, and discussion among multiple people.
