Pros

After all these years, it’s still the same XD

What the senior employees said is all true~ I really feel it!

1. The only obvious improvement is that they now pay overtime!? (Only from 19:30 to 22:00, and they’ll question your work efficiency.)

2. They keep reminding everyone not to work overtime (it feels like they’re just putting on a show, since people work overtime very often).

3. You have to write a work log every day, including your working hours and what you learned that day~ (But if you write too directly, you’ll still be criticized by senior management in meetings.)

Cons

1. They always make everyone post some kind of brainwashing-style motivational slogan!? (Some kind of “XX ritual” led by a certain executive.)

2. The turnover rate is extremely high. Senior management loves to use all kinds of excuses to make sarcastic remarks, speak harshly, and angrily berate people in meetings (some people have even been yelled at until they cried).

3. Contractors have it really rough. If you take on work from this company, be mentally prepared: payment requests are difficult to process, and you’ll be nitpicked and pressured to cut your price. They also make unreasonable demands without understanding the market~ Many contractors have simply given up and stopped taking their projects, which clearly shows there’s a serious problem with the business contacts (then they find new contractors to clean up the mess, and projects keep getting delayed).

4. Once the bird is caught, the bow is put away. After using you for certain projects, they’ll find all kinds of excuses to force you to leave. Many managers and employees have been driven out~ If you’re willing to be treated as disposable labor, think twice before joining.

5. A certain finance manager who loves to curry favor with others also loves to make a big deal out of minor issues and turn employees against one another. Don’t ever trust her friendly smile—she’ll stab you in the back several times over.

6. Read the contents of all kinds of evaluations and documents carefully. According to a former employee who left, some evaluations were completely fabricated and designed to make you take the blame. When people discovered this and raised the issue, senior management just pretended nothing was wrong and refused to explain. Be very careful when signing anything, and ideally keep records of your conversations on a regular basis.

7. All kinds of copywriting, proposals, and so on are constantly revised or left until the last minute. You can only take them home and work until 4 or 5 a.m., and of course there’s no overtime pay.

8. It’s hard for the coworkers around you to last more than three months. Even after passing the probationary period, you’ll still be given a hard time and eventually leave quietly on your own.

9. I can’t believe I’ve made it to point nine!!! All I can say is, leaving feels great~ I sincerely advise people not to come here unless they’re into being treated badly.
