Pros
HR speaks very tactfully~
(But the truth is, they just want to take advantage.)
Cons
A lot of what’s said below is true~
Especially when they haven’t even interviewed you yet and don’t provide any materials, but send you an email asking you to make a banner for them first.
It feels awful to be treated with such disrespect. Does HR not know the value of money?! (All I can say is, they deserve to be short on designers.)
Talented and passionate designer friends~ Don’t get tricked into joining them by any means.
