The manager is pretty good, but is just rather foolish and followed the wrong people, allowing themselves to be influenced by all sorts of bizarre ideas from those above them
1. As long as the boss thinks you are no good, they will lead their followers in humiliating you
2. Employees are company assets; make full use of them, and endure one another for the sake of the company
3. Constantly tout the merits of the exploitative system of Chinese companies, then use the numerical advantage of their followers to pressure you into agreeing
4. “I have heard your opinion, but I am still going to do it my way.”
5. “I am a person of spiritual cultivation; anything I deem detrimental to my image must be severely punished.”
6. Secret meetings and associations are forbidden. After work, you must obediently go straight home, or you will be suspected of disloyalty to the company
7. You may only say things the boss can understand, and the content must be made in a way the boss can understand. But the boss has only watched a few specific Chinese Douyin channels and knows nothing about anything else
8. The boss is never wrong; you are the ones who are wrong
