Overseas business customers are assigned according to the boss’s mood. When you first join, you might get a trump card, or you might end up with customers who are nearly impossible to serve or who place few orders and are difficult to deal with. You can only get good customers if you are lucky. At this company, the more capable you are, the more work you will be given until you work yourself to death, and the boss will not thank you.
The bonuses are pitifully small. The quotations the boss gives you are merely figures on paper; subsequent costs, such as freight, still have to be calculated. However, because the boss habitually cuts prices and switches to non-original manufacturers, quality becomes unstable and large orders often run into problems. As a result, sales bonuses frequently fail to meet the bonus threshold and cannot be collected.
The female boss habitually makes grand promises and lives in her own world; requirements often change, so you have to guess what she wants. She is extremely emotional and likes to criticize employees behind their backs and create conflicts. In reality, the person who causes the most problems is the boss herself. The company has no standard SOP and frequently changes the rules.
A senior sales employee also serves as the head of the sample department and often treats sales staff from different teams by double standards. One sales manager was promoted simply because of seniority but is actually completely ineffective, only capable of talking theoretically. He is two-faced and scheming, and likes to make trouble behind the scenes by reporting on others.
The male boss is, frankly, redundant staff. Every day, he only waters plants and patrols, making him little different from a building manager. His greatest interest at work is watching surveillance cameras to monitor whether employees are secretly eating at work. He finds fault with people from time to time. Normally, he conducts the final review and approval of every order and then renegotiates the price. However, he often does not understand the situation and immediately shifts the blame to other colleagues when something goes wrong.
When you ultimately submit your resignation, the bosses will play dumb and refuse to communicate. Without any warning, they may demand that you leave that very day. This is extremely disrespectful and humiliating. Please pay particular attention!!! Former employees were even asked to come to the company to collect their wages and employment certificates after resigning.
During my employment, I saw 10–20 colleagues come and go. You can consider this when wondering why the turnover rate is so high.
