The CEO is NICE. The company’s leave policy is better than required by labor laws. There are benefits such as happy hours and team-building activities, and HR often arranges small employee welfare events. The customer service manager is approachable and easy to communicate with~
The CEO respects the expertise of each department head and gives managers a great deal of freedom and room to operate. With a good manager, it feels like heaven; with a bad manager, all you can do is force a bitter smile.....
One manager is extremely inefficient at their own work, likes to complain about subordinates, and complains about what is wrong with managers in other departments, saying that certain people are unprofessional. They also like to complain about company policies, seriously undermining employees’ sense of commitment to the company. Everything is someone else’s fault, and working under them is utterly exhausting.
