Very close to my home
1. The company is extremely disorganized internally.
2. Every process is approved at an extremely slow pace, yet everything is considered urgent. You remind the supervisor to approve things every day, but if the supervisor still forgets to sign off, it is somehow your problem.
3. The turnover rate is extremely high; they are constantly trying to find replacements.
4. During the first week after joining, none of the system permissions are set up properly. New hires are left with nothing to do for an entire week—great!
5. Senior employees bully new hires.
6. There are three “nos” between departments: they do not cooperate, empathize, or compromise with one another. The infighting is severe.
7. New hires receive absolutely no guidance. Questions go unanswered, no one helps you, and if you do something poorly, it is still your fault. When you raise this with senior employees, they only say that it is the same at other companies and no one will train you there either.
(Later, at another company, I really did receive guidance—and there was even training!)
Even when you report all of the above to HR, nothing will change!
