Actually, I’ve always thought the boss was pretty nice and would follow the Labor Standards Act. Overtime can be exchanged for compensatory leave or money; it’s just that their judgment of people is pretty poor.

The most important person in the company is HR, and then this woman who says she has～～～a lot of experience seems to have come in. But it seems that, besides having extremely poor emotional control, she also can’t do her job well. She’s the classic kind of person who says every day that she’s very, very busy but can’t handle anything—and she keeps lying, too. None of the problems are ever her fault; they’re always yours～～～Even when she’s clearly in the wrong, she’ll scold you first～～～

I originally thought your company still had a glimmer of hope, but maybe this woman is going to start a domino effect this year. Watch out! The people around you probably won’t last even three months～～～

I sincerely recommend that if you had come to this company a year ago, it might still have been okay—you could have gotten to know some marketing friends. But now, forget it. I really don’t recommend it. It’s terrifying; run while you can.
