For me, working at Yungching, the company is very willing to take care of its employees. It provides rigorous guidance and communication on work projects, shares real estate experience, and promotes mutual learning and growth. Personally, I believe the company views every employee in a very positive way, and colleagues cooperate with one another courteously. I believe every company has a different culture. It depends on whether your mindset remains positive or becomes negative when you are being strictly instructed. This can easily influence your evaluation of the company, so I currently approach learning and identifying with Yungching with positive energy.
