Sent an invitation asking me to interview; the boss conducted the interview. He looked to be around seventy years old and spoke even more softly than a mosquito buzzing. The position was a professional role, yet he did not ask a single professional question. His shirt buttons were not properly fastened and his clothes were disheveled. Quite disrespectful.
