The company is very accommodating when it comes to taking leave, and the boss takes great care of the employees!!

During the interview, they told you that you would be responsible for Task A, but after you join, they will require you to do Task B. Even if you point out that you have no relevant experience, they will still force you to do Task B. I thought it would be okay and considered it a learning opportunity, but when I encountered problems at work and asked my supervisor, the supervisor replied, “Why should I teach you? Isn’t this a skill you should have had when you applied for the job?”

Then, when a problem occurred while I was handling it myself, the supervisor came over and asked me why I hadn’t asked him????

To put it bluntly, you just want to delegate the work and force me into a position that I have absolutely no idea how to do, completely disregarding whether I can cope or not!!

An extremely terrible work experience. In short, it is a people problem, not a company problem!
