The environment is nice

The person who arranged the interview seemed to schedule it without booking a meeting room (she appeared to be a senior manager). I saw the people below her continually helping her find a meeting room, and in the end, the interview could only be conducted at a table in a common area. She was also late and made me wait without seeming apologetic, which was a major deduction.
