Pros

1. Colleagues get along well, and everyone is nice.

2. There are many activities, including a birthday party every quarter.

3. You can learn a lot after joining. Senior colleagues provide thorough guidance, and supervisors teach seriously. As long as you are willing to work hard, you can learn quite a bit.

Cons

1. If you can't drink alcohol, don't join. Everything revolves around drinking. Do they think everyone is in sales? Or that everyone can drink? Even if you can't drink, you still have to endure pressure from supervisors to drink several glasses. You only get a red envelope at the year-end banquet if you drink. In order to get the red envelope, people often end up completely drunk. At the year-end banquet, we also have to put on performances to entertain senior management. Aren't year-end banquets supposed to reward employees? Why do we still have to spend our own money and time entertaining senior management?

2. There is supposedly a mechanism to improve the lack of overtime pay, but overtime must be applied for one day in advance. Sometimes the application is not even approved. How would I know whether something will suddenly come up the next day and I will be unable to finish it without working overtime? Who would want to work overtime for no reason? = =

3. The turnover rate is high, but senior management never thinks there is a problem that needs improvement. They just think the employees below have the wrong attitude. They seem to believe the company is number one and cannot see the hard work and suffering of the employees below.

4. The bonus systems for sales and consultants are worlds apart. It is reasonable for salespeople to receive bonuses for bringing in new contracts, but consultants receive extremely low bonuses for maintaining customer renewals. It's basically charity, isn't it?

5. There are too many unnecessary and cumbersome internal procedures. They do not help customers achieve results, nor do they help salespeople or consultants. They only increase the workload of internal employees and keep them busy with pointless tasks.

6. When employees resign, it is never considered to be because the supervisor is at fault. Instead, senior management is unwilling to listen to the suggestions and complaints of the people below. They just think everything is the problem of the people underneath. The ones who suffer are the senior colleagues and supervisors, because they are the ones responsible for training and managing people, while senior management does not care at all.
