I am a former employee, and I would like to say something fair. I left the company because I had new plans for my life and family matters to attend to. It absolutely was not because, as some people have claimed, the company used various underhanded tactics and despicable methods to drive me out. I was really stunned when I read this content! It is such an exaggeration! What I do know is that some employees would drag out editing a video that the company had instructed them to cut to just over one minute for one or two weeks. The boss did not interfere with their work at first, but after discovering this, asked their supervisor to persuade them to change and keep up with the company's requirements. As a result, they opposed the company. Later, when there was no other option, the company dismissed them and sent them packing. After that, they started using LINE to criticize the company's owner, director, and supervisors among our colleagues. I disapprove of their behavior and think it was highly unethical. This was clearly part of their own job responsibilities; they failed to do it well and meet the requirements, repeatedly refused to improve, were dismissed by the company, and still continued attacking the company. I really don't think that was right.
I don't know at the moment.
