Pros
The colleagues are easy to get along with (there are no other advantages).
Cons
The base salary is very low, the facilities are very old, and toilet paper is not provided in the restrooms. The employees who remain are mostly men and women in their late 50s and 60s. Lunch break is only 30 minutes, and sometimes even just 20 minutes. Very inhumane. The workday is 12 hours, and the time allowed for other restroom breaks is divided into two 10-minute breaks, one in the morning and one in the afternoon…
