The company asks many personal questions unrelated to the job, probing into your privacy. After passing the first interview round, they send an email asking you to provide your salary information from your previous company, saying it is for salary verification. During this process, they repeatedly ask whether you would accept the job, claiming that otherwise they cannot provide an offer. However, they refuse to discuss or disclose the salary terms the company would offer. In the end, after you provide your salary information, their attitude changes completely, and you ultimately receive no response.
