The interviewer was very nice.

The company asks many personal questions unrelated to the job, prying into your privacy. After you pass the first round of interviews, they email you asking for your previous company's salary information, claiming it is for salary verification. In the meantime, they repeatedly ask whether you would accept a position there, saying they will not provide an offer otherwise, while refusing to discuss or disclose what salary terms the company would offer. After you provide your salary information, their attitude changes completely, and in the end, you are simply ghosted.
