Pros
A foreign company with a free culture
Colleagues are easy to communicate with and often order drinks
Free snacks in the office (not sure if they still have them now)
Cons
The development team is the largest, and the scope of work for other employees is not fixed
Be mindful of the risk of organizational changes in a startup
