Pros
Colleagues at the Taichung branch often share their technical experience, and it's quite pleasant working with them.
The supervisors also frequently treat us to snacks and drinks, and there are small gifts on birthdays.
Cons
Overtime must be reported in advance; otherwise, it has to be compensated with time off in lieu.
