There aren't really any pros.
When I had my first interview several years ago, the accountant took out paper and a pen and asked me to quickly write down the key points of what they said.
Because I had a cold at the time, I wore a mask to the interview (I had explained this to the accountant beforehand).
However, halfway through the interview, the boss's wife walked in and said directly to me: “Who wears a mask to an interview? Don’t you know interview etiquette?”
Only then did the accountant explain that I was wearing a mask because I had a cold.
The boss's wife simply said “Oh” and walked away. (Who was the one with no manners? I was completely dumbfounded.)
After I was hired,
I discovered that the accountant often yelled at people, especially the full-time employees.
I had only been working there for one or two days when the accountant said that I was moving too slowly and needed to be faster.
How fast was I supposed to be.....
On the third or fourth day, I accidentally made a mistake.
The accountant called me and the full-time employee training me into the office
and said directly that if I made another mistake, I wouldn’t need to come back.
It had only been my third or fourth day!!!
This accountant was completely unable to tolerate mistakes.
If you are very detail-oriented and work quickly, you can try taking on the challenge.
A classmate of mine who had worked there for a long time said that the turnover rate was extremely high and that they were always short-staffed.
