I only recently made the switch, so my interview experience was pretty good! The salary offered was also about what I expected, and there was some room for negotiation.

The fact that meals are provided is definitely a nice perk. It’s something a budget-conscious person from out of town really needs XD

Being able to start work at 10 a.m. is another relatively flexible aspect!

So far, my manager and colleagues have all been pretty good, and I haven’t encountered any factional infighting yet (or is it because I’m still at too junior a level?)

For now, it’s a stable and peaceful work environment :)

I’ve heard about the issue of having to work on typhoon days, but I haven’t encountered it yet. I’ll see how it goes when I do!

The company’s location is still a little far for me, and it’s in an area where traffic is guaranteed to be jammed during commuting hours, which is a minor inconvenience.
