This company is full of older employees. Young people are advised to steer clear. The salary is low, and after joining, the scope of work starts expanding indefinitely—you are expected to handle everything under the sun. The only thing that never changes is the salary.
The departments seem to be constantly at odds with one another, passing problems around whenever they arise. All the managers have a host of issues and outdated thinking. In particular, one department manager excels at making empty promises and pushing the limits of poor judgment, has poor logic and communication, lacks ability, and can only very obviously shirk responsibility. Their competence is low in every respect, seemingly without limit. There is nothing they cannot do—except perhaps meet your expectations; there is only what you cannot imagine. During the interview, talk things through extensively to make sure you can handle it before accepting the position.
