Due to the pandemic, interviews are still being conducted online. The day before the interview, you will be asked to complete and return four documents:
A personal résumé, a personality assessment, a logic assessment, and a consent form for the use of your personal data.
At the beginning of the interview, the supervisor will ask you to introduce yourself, then review your previous work experience.
They will then explain the job responsibilities and bonus calculation system.
The following is my personal impression:
Overall, the interview felt extremely disrespectful. It seemed that the interviewer had not even read my application materials and was asking random questions. If they felt that I did not meet the qualifications, they really did not need to invite me to an interview in the first place.
Also, the work system sounds like it puts customers above everything else. Employees are monitored to ensure that they properly follow the greeting and sales scripts. If you cannot genuinely adopt a customer-first mindset, you should really run for the hills.
