I joined the company a few months ago and am still considered a newcomer. I haven't experienced any of what those negative posts below describe so far... I also don't really know how the company operated in the past or how much resentment those people have toward the company.
At present, I feel that the overall atmosphere at the company is quite good. Whenever someone doesn't understand something, colleagues genuinely help one another (for professional matters, I often ask my supervisor, who gives me guidance or discusses things with me tirelessly—I find it quite touching). Supervisors and senior management also actively help me deal with difficulties I encounter or show their concern. Salaries are paid on time, and we generally work regular hours with very little overtime. Perhaps because everyone is quite self-disciplined, the company gives us a relatively high degree of freedom and plenty of room to apply our skills at work.
I'll add something when I think of it.
