A company with a Japanese-style management culture. At first, I really had no idea this company even existed.

Basically, it is FamilyMart's IT department and only takes on projects commissioned by FamilyMart. Put more politely, they say FamilyMart has too many projects to take on cases from external companies; put less politely, their development capabilities are inadequate, so they can only survive on FamilyMart's leftovers.

Most of FamilyMart's information-system development is outsourced to external vendors. Jing Teng only takes over for maintenance and operations after the vendors finish developing the systems: “Maintain systems well, and beg for food until old age; FamilyMart is your dad, so obediently wag your tail.”

Those with ability are advised to leave quickly. Staying here too long will stall your growth. Physical retail has already run out of new tricks, let alone IT maintenance and operations. Those who remain are mostly the old and the weak; all the capable people have left. Think carefully before joining.
