No exaggeration—there really aren't any.

The manager of the physical retail channel has extremely poor character, no experience, and no sense of responsibility. All credit for the department goes to him. Whenever anything is even slightly unsatisfactory or the boss questions him in the slightest, he immediately becomes angry, shifts the blame, and either says that others misunderstood what he meant or flatly denies ever having given the instruction;

He spends all day thinking that other people’s tone is inappropriate, their choice of words is improper, or that they are speaking too loudly. He wastes time picking arguments with people everywhere, then says that he is very busy, and has virtually no patience when discussing matters. Once his emotions flare up, he says things recklessly and can completely deny anything he has said or instructed. He gives disorganized instructions, teaching whatever comes to mind. If you raise questions during the process, he becomes impatient and starts glaring sideways and rolling his eyes. When he calls someone over to give instructions, it is as though he is calling a dog, regardless of whether that person is handling his previous instruction or is on their lunch break. During the time I was at the company, I never once had a proper meal; several times, he irritated me so much that I simply threw away my entire lunchbox;

The entire physical retail channel department now consists of the manager alone. The sales staff and assistants have come and gone, unable to stay. Presumably, the only person left is the root of the problem. Instead of reflecting on why all the reviews are overwhelmingly negative, he keeps posting comments under them trying desperately to whitewash his image—purely deluding himself;

I have no prejudice against gay men and have several friends in the LGBTQ+ community myself, but after experiencing this manager’s insecurity and paranoia, I have become quite uncomfortable working with gay colleagues in the workplace;

The company itself is not a bad place to work, and the boss is quite organized and capable, but there are indeed very serious personnel problems internally. Anyone considering working there should think very carefully.
