Pros

Beautiful surroundings; from the upper floors, you can overlook the entire city.

Cons

For an office-based position, the interview includes a pile of personality tests. To put it nicely, they are tests with no right answers; in reality, no matter how you choose, you expose a flaw in another aspect of yourself. It feels as though, even before you join the company, they are already calculating how to deal with you. One female interviewer also asked a bunch of strange questions and made many odd facial expressions. The questions felt as though they had already steered you into the position of the perpetrator, so I asked in return why the company would have questions like these that required employees to provide answers. She suddenly looked aggrieved and said that it was because she felt that I was this or that way, so she had to clarify things. The questions all came back to me. If you are bored and want to find out how impressive those test questions are, you can apply and see for yourself—experience a world without answers and the feeling of being humiliated. As for another timed math test, I could only laugh. They even test things that are completely unnecessary for the job just to enhance the company’s image, and they also limit the number of questions you can get wrong—exceeding the limit means losing eligibility for a second interview. Even more absurdly, this company asks employees to sign a six-month probationary-period agreement, provide proof of labor-insurance enrollment, a notification of matters before collecting personal data, and a certificate of service from their previous company. If you have changed your name, you must provide a household registration transcript. They do not even give you a copy of the probationary-period agreement you signed. They make it sound very nice, but in reality they are simply evading the Labor Standards Act. The salary-grade section also includes the basic salary and position allowances, as well as the hourly rate and amount used to calculate overtime pay. Everyone should be careful with this company; there are many disputes and questionable practices. If they think there is something wrong with you, they make you work for more than a week like an intern or part-time student. That is how they treat newcomers.
