I had already scheduled an interview time with HR, and they said they would send an email. When the day of the interview arrived, I still hadn’t received the email. I even wrote to customer service and asked them to relay the message to HR. Then, half an hour after the scheduled interview time, they called to say they had forgotten to send the email?! What’s the point of checking the mailbox every day at work if this happens—and how can they forget even when given a whole week to send it?!
