I didn't expect things to still be the same after all these years. Apparently, the boss never woke up, and the manager brought in from elsewhere is also a source of trouble. He still talks about how impressive he was back in the luxury goods business, but overall, he's still nothing more than a paper tiger. Quite an eye-opener.
