Pros
The work is quite traditional, that's about it. The benefits are fairly OK.
Cons
The factory is in the Zhonghe Industrial Park, while the head office is in Taipei City, so occasionally you need to travel back and forth. Sometimes you have to do it frequently, which feels exhausting!
