Stable paychecks and salary increases; basically, there are no layoffs. Those who couldn't pass the civil service exam are welcome to give it a try.
The company is very traditional.
Uniforms are required, and desks must not have too many miscellaneous items on them; jackets are not allowed to be hung on chairs, among many other minor rules.
Whether between departments or within a department, horizontal communication is very difficult.
A family-owned business.
The head of the Asia Digital Business Division is unsuitable for the position.
