Absolutely no advantages 👍🏻

The company’s policies are really awful. The systems are outdated, the workload is distributed unevenly, and the manager has serious issues with emotional control. I wanted to resign after only two months. Under the Labor Standards Act, employees who have worked for less than three months are not required to give notice, but I still informed them early, before the end of the month. Instead, my manager sarcastically told me not to make things so difficult, so I cooperated with them for another two weeks.

After I submitted my resignation, they started targeting me at every turn. Thanks for nothing.
