Every job has its own difficulties, and this one is no exception. Of course, some people may be afraid to apply after reading the reviews. One point mentioned is that the boss has poor emotional intelligence. I do not deny this or try to gloss over it—it is true.
However, if you are not a key person, basically, when he loses his temper in the office, it is directed at first-line managers and meeting participants. Unless you become a first-line manager or someone who interacts with him on business, these pressures are not something you have to bear. Think about it carefully: what you want is a paycheck and a stable job, and you can genuinely find those here. It is not as unbearable as others have described. The work here is not exceptionally good, but it is not extremely bad either. There are areas where you can work independently and aspects worth learning from.
The boss has a very bad temper. However, based on my experience, I really feel that he is trying to change.
