To date, while still working here, I have gained quite a strong sense of accomplishment from this job, expanding and moving forward step by step in line with the company’s direction and operational plans. The company’s fan page in Taiwan has grown to a certain number of followers as planned. In addition, TikTok has only been launched for a little over a month, but it has already grown rapidly to more than 10,000 followers and continues to grow. Through everyone’s joint efforts, we have accumulated many loyal fans who support us. These achievements are clear for all to see. I have also developed a strong rapport with my colleagues during this time. We help one another and work hard together toward the goals set by the company, which feels really good.

There is quite a high degree of freedom at work, and the boss respects everyone’s expertise and gives us the freedom to showcase our abilities... I have worked here for more than a year, and both the boss and my supervisor have consistently encouraged me to try more things, hoping that I will proactively learn new skills at work.
